Chuck Barberini is the BEST in every way. When we bought our home 5 years ago in 2009,

we met him the 1st week of March, and he was with us at title closing the last week of April ! That's how smooth it went. We probably saw 20 homes over 3 weekends and had daily communications by e-mail. We paid $15,000 less than asking AND got an additional $5,000 for pool systems repair credit.

After I asked Chuck for financial advice, he then recommended a mortgage broker. The broker was so good that he was also with us at title closing AND I used the same broker for our no-cost re-finance last year in 2013 !

Chuck is the man to talk to if you're looking to buy a house!! He helped us buy ours in 2009 during the housing crash. He was so patient with us, he had spent many a long weekend with us, driving an hour each way from his home.... we must have a looked at least a hundred houses, the market was just saturated at the time. We started looking in February, my husband and I thinking we'd be find one by March (silly us!).

But the search went on and on, so much damage inside of homes that were foreclosed ... and Chuck stayed with us the whole time. There was one house that I think we settled on just because we were tired of looking, but Chuck, even though he could have made his money and finally be done with us, advised us against it. There were lots of issues with the home and the price. And so, finally in August 2009, we found our family home, our first!! (and still here) If we ever decide to sell, Chuck will be the first one we contact.

Chuck has integrity, knowledgeable, is dependable and a family man (his wife and boys are great) which we appreciated and were grateful for. Hard to find people like this anymore. Mahalo Chuck!!! :)
